About Qi Xi Festival
Qi Xi Festival (Double Seventh Festival) falls on the 7th day of the 7th lunar month. Known as Chinese Valentine's Day, it celebrates the romantic legend of the weaver girl Zhi Nu and the cowherd Niu Lang.

Cultural Significance
Qi Xi tells the story of two star-crossed lovers separated by the Milky Way who can only meet once a year on the 7th night of the 7th month, when magpies form a bridge across the sky.
